Situated on its own 5 acre site with 60,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehouse, Faroex Ltd. has served the needs of manufacturers in the agricultural, automotive, consumer and military supply industries since 1981. Faroex Ltd. responds to its customers' expectations for timely delivery and reliable performance through a 24 hour per day, seven day week operation cycle. Product requirement volumes of over 10 million parts per year are routinely shipped to customers on a bi-weekly basis year after year.

Our composites expertise, equipment compliment and production capability are based upon three distinct processes.

• Faroex Ltd. is a pioneer in composite pultrusion technology and has pioneered much of the long lineal capabilities on the market today. Currently Faroex maintains six pultrusion machines with large part drawing capacity to infinite length.
• Faroex Ltd. has four 300 ton to 1200 ton injection molders. These machines are re-engineered to produce glass filled thermoplastics parts up to a 230 oz. shot size.
• Faroex Ltd. can spin a variety of tub and pipe requirements up to 20 ft. in length with its 3 axis state of the art filament winder.

In support of our composite production capabilities Faroex Ltd.offers a sub-assembly and part detailing department which provides our customers with the option of completing any component details outside their own facilities needed to make the part "installation ready".

Faroex Ltd. has begun the process of adopting ISO 9000 - QS 9000 quality standards. While standards are important, true excellence in quality and workmanship is built into each item that you require by our 105 employees who take pride in their work.

Faroex Ltd. supports its customers' needs with a first rate in-house composites design group of engineers and chemists utilizing the latest in Autocad, 3-D solids modeling, plus a full chemical component applications development and quality lab. Thin wall, complex shaped fiber glass parts, special resin and epoxy requirements, structural pultrusion framing, sound barriers, agricultural flooring systems, and armored car seats are just a few of the product design challenges successfully undertaken by Faroex Ltd. design group.

Faroex Ltd. is a privately held corporation lead by Mr. Ken Church, president and C.E.O. Mr. Church is an internationally recognized authority in the manufacture of composite components. Ken has amassed a management team dedicated to excellence and customer service.
